How does the custom canvas process work?

What type of photo should I upload?
For the best results, upload a clear, high-resolution photograph with good lighting. Make sure the entire car is visible and not heavily blurred, cropped, or obstructed.
Can I request specific changes to my artwork?
Yes. You can include special instructions when customizing your canvas. We’ll do our best to follow your requests while maintaining the overall quality of the final artwork.
Will I receive a preview before printing?
If a digital preview is included with your selected product, you’ll have the opportunity to review the design before it enters production. Please check all details carefully before approving it.
Can you remove or change the background?
Background adjustments depend on the selected design and the quality of your original photograph. Add your request to the special instructions, and our team will consider it during the design process.
How accurate will the printed colors be?
We use true-to-color printing to produce rich and accurate results. However, minor differences may occur because screens and printed materials display colors differently.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production and delivery times are shown on the relevant product and shipping pages. Custom artwork may require additional time for designing, approval, and production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because personalized orders may enter the design or production process quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once work has begun.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy and include your order number along with clear photographs of the canvas and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
